Purchasing Information / Terms and Conditions

All transactions will take place over the phone. Please call us during business hours to speak with a representative who will take your order or answer any questions that you may have. You can also email us or fill out the form on the Contact Us page and one of our representatives will contact you within 24 hours.

Sales Tax

We are required to collect sales tax for all orders shipped to Ohio addresses. Ohio sales tax is 6.5%.

Shipping Costs

We ship embroidered products anywhere in the United States. Shipping costs are additional to your order total. Shipping costs are as follows: $5.95 for the first item plus $2.00 for each additional item. Orders of $200 or more will receive free shipping.

Return Policy / Canceled Orders

Sorry, we do not accept returns. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 24 hours and we will do everything in our power to make things right for you. As our designs are made to order, your order may be cancelled for a full refund up to the time that it is embroidered.

Payment

We accept checks and money orders. Sorry, no CODs. Orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of receiving your payment. A $40 fee will be applied to all returned checks.

Minimum Orders

There is no minimum order. We gladly process and ship orders of all sizes.

Quantity Discounts

We offer free shipping on orders of $200 or more.
